Shipping from The Netherlands
Shipping charges will automatically be calculated during check out and is based on weight and country.
You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped out.

Standard delivery time:
The Netherlands (1-2 business days)
Rest of the World (7-10 business days)

Warehouse hour is Mon-Fri (9:00am-6:00pm EST), and the processing time is 1-2 days.

Notes
We have the right to cancel your order and return your payment in case we cannot ship to certain countries due to unexpected circumstances & regulations of any country.

If you notice during checkout that you cannot proceed with the ordering process, your country has been excluded for shipping.

Lost or stolen shipment.
Please make sure you have the correct shipping address & track your shipment once your order has shipped. If your shipment is lost or stolen, we will work with you to communicate with the courier to file a claim for your package, or re-ship your order.

Duties & Taxes.

Duties and import taxes are determined by customs in the destination country. Although duties and taxes are not always charged, they are based on the value of the order and any duty-free threshold for goods imported into the destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying any import duties and taxes and these charges are collected at the time of delivery.
