If you find a missing piece after you complete your puzzle, and you have double checked the floor,

the boxes, the bag, the vacuumcleaner etc,
please send the following to

- Puzzle title

- Order number or purchase location

- Your full name & address

- Photo of the whole puzzle and a close up of the missing piece area(s).

- Important Note: You must contact us within 60 days of receiving the product.

Your photos will be examined and the piece(s) or a replacement puzzle sent as soon as possible.
